Lovely new hotel with great staff
Beautiful new hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff at reception and restaurant. The restaurant looks ready for a wedding, it’s so well done up. Room very well decorated and comfortable with fridge and great air conditioning. Shower large and great water pressure. Clean towels.

Smells of sewer, gas from the bathroom, a lot of noise from the hallway at the reception. Unprofessional staff demanding euros for everything.

Dodgy or Scammy.
Not good. I asked if they had an airport shuttle, they said sure. I arrived at the hotel after a high speed chase ride and the reception greeted us with “That’ll be 35 Euros for the shuttle”. More than the price of the room. I said What? He said, I assume you want a ride back, otherwise it’s 20 euros. Taxis charge 8 euros flat rate. Scam IMO. Then there was no water. No flushing of toilets…. I asked What’s up with the water. The answer: “not my problem. All of Istanbul is out of water. “ Turns out, it was just the neighbourhood and it was scheduled in advance. I wish they would have told me. Kind of like the shuttle ride. Dodgy outfit. Learn from my mistake and the poor reviews

The room was fine, basic, clean and ok for a one stay. I wanted something near the airport so I could avoid IST traffic. But the hotel is new and the staff untrained. No one ever answered calls to the reception from the room. Services booked were not delivered.

Staff was efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Traffic outside was a bit loud, so recommend bringing earplugs. Definitely use the shuttle they offer. Was very nice. I recommend this especially for those with early flights who want to avoid the Istanbul morning traffic.

La habitacion estaba bien, pero habian arañas, insectos. El baño tenía rota la tapa del wc y no habia shampoo ni gel de baño. No habian amenidades como agua o cafe y la pantalla de tv estaba rota
