The Staff, friendly helpfull when you find them. Thats the only good thing about this hotel. Where do i start with the bad side. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes. Pillows had yellow stains on them. Breakfast was poor, ignore the free breakfast advertised on the site, boiled eggs olives butter and jam and bread. Every night we slept in thick smell of cigarettes, it was like someone was smoking in our face when sleeping. The lounge as you enter hotel is like something out of a cowboy movie thick smoke from cigarettes. When you come downstairs to have breakfast instead of fresh air you get fresh cigarette smoke. First night we arrived we were sent to another hotel which was a rubbish hotel but atleast smell was clean. We were sent to another hotel because they had no idea we were coming even though expedia say booking confirmed. Worst hotel experience i have ever had to experience. I can finally sleep at home without smelling cigarette smoke. Disgusting. Nice staff but thats it. Otherwise terrible nightmare of a hotel.
