Top Notch Service w Stunning Views!
We received amazing service from our concierge Ozan! He took wonderful care of us, helped us book a tour to multiple attractions, organized a private yacht for our family to cruise on the Bosphorus. His staff was amazing, helped us retrieve items that were left in a cab and just made sure we had everything we needed! This hotels location is 5 min from the Hagia Sophia and blue Mosque. They have a top notch rooftop restaurant w the best views of Sultan Ahmet! The rooms had super comfy beds - the bathrooms could use some refreshing and updating but overall highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Istanbul. You won’t beat their service!

Position for viewing neighbouring sites was excellent. Comfortable and well presented room and excellent bathroom. However, the position under the terrace restaurant and the movement of tables and chairs was annoying. Plus, the frequent flushing of other room or WCs on the fourth floor was completely audible! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, 1 short block from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Hotel Manager Ozzie was perfect and other staff (Gurkan & Arkan) were very helpful. The breakfast was incredible and neighborhood is clean & safe.

This property is in the old part of the town right beside the Hagia Sophia. The front desk was awesome and very kind. I booked my own private shuttle from the airport 80 euro roundtrip from ISL. As an Expedia gold member I did not get a room upgrade. Room was on the small side but the bed was comfy. I did have a small balcony facing the opposite side of the mosque. Breakfast: So breakfast is served from 8:00AM to 11AM which it later that what I am use to. I was hoping to eat earlier to be at the sites by 7:30AM. The breakfast did come with my room so I did wait and ate it each morning and wow was it worth it. The breakfast is huge and delicious. Hotel Restaurant: The Restaurant has an awesome view and I got some really good pictures up there. It can be on the pricey side but it was good and the service was awesome! The only problem I had was my bathroom faucet was leaking water and could not get it to stop. Could hear it all night. Also the shower tile was pretty moldy. Wasn't sure if I got a bad room due to being a solo traveler but everything else at the hotel was good and very friendly.

The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and beautiful. The Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and all the other attractions are in walking distance. There's so many restaurants and food options available that you can walk to. The breakfast at the hotel was out of this world! So much food!!! Will definitely visit again!

The hotel is excelente and very well located and exceeded our expectations. We had a long layover in Istanbul and our stay was only for 24H. The hotel made the arrangements for our transportation and since we had to leave early in the morning next day, the guy that did our check in arranged sandwiches , tea and fruit for us to take to the airport. He went above and beyond. We had a wonderful dinner at the terrace with an amazing view. The waiters also went the extra mile in service. Recommended.

Hotel is in an ideal location 5 minutes from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, and 15 minutes from Grand Bazaar. Hotel has an elaborate and delicious breakfast and great views of the the above mentioned mosques from its terrace restaurant.
