Very helpful and frindly staff, particularly Okay and Mohamed. Very good breakfast and very well located near main attractions and transportation options. Many shops around and still very quiet, even though we were on a front second floor room. Room was smaller than usual but comfortable and functional.

The location is excellent - within walking distance of most of the major attractions and surrounded by many restaurants (albeit quite expensive). The staff were brilliant, incredibly helpful. The culinary tour was a particular highlight, thoroughly enjoyed that. The only negatives were that some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired and the bar was a bit low on some types of alcohol.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very convenient for the tourist sights of Istanbul but also quiet. Also a very short and easy tram ride from/to the cruise port. There is a lovely terrace to sit on and the views from the front of the hotel over the palace gardens were nice. However, the highlight for me was the box of gluten-free goodies they provided in my to room. Exceptional service, which I've never experienced before.
