Located conveniently near a metro station and a walkable area. It is located around the corner of the busy area so the hotel stays relatively quiet. Staff is very professional and helpful with your stay in the hotel and what you may want to do in the city. Plenty of food options nearby, however, this is the touristy area so do not expect these to be the best restaurants. The better restaurants are scattered throughout Istanbul that the staff can tell you about. The most famous sites, like the Hagia Sophia and everything close to it, takes about 20-25 minutes by walking and train to get to. The international airport is relatively far away and takes about an hour and half by metro or maybe 45 minutes by taxi (I didn't take any taxies during my stay, just metro). I recommend this location if you like quiet at night, but convenient access to things to do.

I cannot recommend The Story Hotel enough. The area it is in provides easy access to the sights, transport and shopping. There is plenty of dining options in the vicinity. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. On arrival offered coffee, maps and ideas for maximum use of your time. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. The room had a safe, phone and watch charger, tea and coffee making facilities. There is nothing I can fault with this hotel.

We loved our three-day stay here in October 2024. Prior to arriving, we communicated via text several times, and the hotel arranged transportation from the airport, and also provided a list of recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. We stayed in a very special room with a balcony and a great view of the Bosphorus! The balcony was a great way to begin and end our days. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area. We would gladly stay here again.
