Uncomfortable stay
I booked an Executive-style room through the Hotels.com website, but upon arrival, the room did not match the description or photos displayed online. The configuration and patio area were significantly different, which felt like a misrepresentation. I paid a premium for this room, but by the time I realized the discrepancy, no alternative rooms were available. Additionally, I had a frustrating experience with the taxis stationed outside the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to get a ride, I was repeatedly refused service, leaving me feeling discriminated against as drivers dismissed me with hand movements, and made it clear they would not assist me. Overall, my stay was far from comfortable, and due to these issues, I would not consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Generally excellent stay. Beautiful hotel. Good location for all but public transportation. Food good, but not great. Outstanding views!

We booked a corner room. Room was ready upon check in. We were disappointed with the low floor. We called and asked for a higher floor. They said they didn’t have any available that day. But would call the following day with an update. Never received a call. Otherwise stay was great. HK did a great job. We had a drink and a dessert at the lobby bar. And breakfast the final day. Wonderful meals! Thank you.

Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and enjoyed our stay! However, the biggest drawback was the persistent smell of cigarettes in our non-smoking room. The staff was very responsive and did their best to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, out of the seven days, only two were free of the odor.

I recently stayed at Swissotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s ambiance is both elegant and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a smile, and they made my stay feel extra special. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Plus, the views were simply breathtaking! I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the hotel’s prime location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend Swissotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay.
