Good value and well positioned
Hotel Gumz was well placed and easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach, the service staff were excellent. The street outside had a paris type feel and there were excellent small bars and eating places nearby. Overall a great place for good value.

Hotel com uma excelente localização, tudo próximo mercados, lojas conveniência, farmácia, lanchonetes e restaurantes. Entrada do Hotel fica em um via com varios restaurantes e sem o trânsito de carros. O hotel dispõe de um café da manhã excelente, uma piscina pequena porem aquecida e quartos bastante amplos... Recomendo. Só uma observação, quem preferir maior tranquilidade e silêncio nos quartos solicitar a recepção um quarto com uma janela ao fundo do hotel ou apartamento nos andares mais altos, pois o local é bastante movimento no periodo noturno.

A localização é muito boa, essa acredito ser a melhor parte da hospedagem. O café da manhã é bom, acho que falta sucos naturais e torta de vinho pela manhã achei meio nada a ver… mas tem opções legais… Acho que o ponto ruim é que tudo se cobra a parte, toalha da piscina, cadeado do cofre, estacionamento, etc etc Alguns atendentes são um pouco ríspidos também… mas no geral vale a pena pela localização e por oferecer um bom custo benefício no geral comparado a outras opções.

Embora a localizar seja ótima, os quartos são antigos, roupa de cama e banho velhos, as cortinas estavam emboloradas, a geladeira não estava limpa. O quarto em que fiquei ficava nos fundos, por isso tinha um barulho alto dia e noite de máquinas. Mas o que mais falhou foi o café, nas fotos mostravam que tinham pelo menos 3 máquinas de café e não tinha.

Hotel simples, limpo e bem localizado, numa rua muito agradável de ficar. Senti falta de um espaço adequado para o preparo do chimarrão, com água quente à disposição dos hóspedes (é fornecida na recepção e é cobrada😔).
