Relax in this beautiful, modern holiday home in a quiet location, yet close to all the activities and amenities the region has to offer - such as the ski lift. From the balcony you can enjoy a wide, breathtaking view, be it in the snowy winter months or in the lush greenery of summer. A bedroom with bathroom is located opposite the flat entrance and is accessible via the communal hallway

The real highlight is the ski lift, which is located on the other side of the main road and can be easily reached on foot. From here you have quick access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. And don't forget the excellent connections, whether Söll, Ellmau or Kitzbühel. You can get everywhere quickly!
There is a lot of space and as the property is quiet but central, there are all kinds of activities right in front of the door in summer and winter.
Depending on the weather, snow chains or a 4x4 is recommended for the last 50 meters to the property
The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other

Everything you could say about this place has to have excellent included in the title to the point where the owners even offered to wash any clothes we had due to staying 2 weeks, there is everything you could ever want in these apartment

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Sehr schöne und vor allem sehr saubere Wohnung, absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr netter Vermieter! Vor der Tür zum Badezimmer des Schalfzimmers ist mittlerweise eine Schiebetür und ein Sofa als zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit neben der Eckbank gibt es jetzt auch.Schön wäre es wenn es auf dem Balkon einen Sonnenschirm geben würde. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Wohnung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mit Herzlichkeit empfangen.
Wir sind bei der Unterkunft angekommen und wurden herzliche empfangen. Wir konnten sofort und immer wieder Fragen stellen und uns wurde Infomaterial zur Verfügung gestellt. Itter ist ein schönes Örtchen mit einem tollen Spielplatz in der Ortsmitte. Von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir wunderbar die anliegenden Ortschaften und ihre Erlebniswelten und Gipfel erreichen.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind gut zu erreichen. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles ist neu ausgestattet. Sehr netter Vermieter wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, modern und sauber. Ein Carport für das Auto steht zur Verfügung. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind schön, aber: das erste Schlafzimmer (oben) ist offen, das dazugehörige Bad grenzt direkt daneben und hat eine Tür. Wenn man Abend unten sitzen möchte, hört man das natürlich oben. Ist aber auch in der Objektbeschreibung beschrieben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich außerhalb der Wohnung, direkt gegenüber der Wohnung (auch das ist beschrieben). In der zweiten Wohnung ist leider zum Bad keine Tür, so dass die Benutzung in der Nacht die mit Schläfer wach macht. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und die Straße minimal laut. Aber wenn das nicht stört, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb, die Gegend ist wunderschön und Wanderwege gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Wir wünschen den nächsten Mietern eine wunderschöne Zeit :).

Super! Wir kommen wieder!
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber, zweckmässig und modern eingerichtet, tolle neue Bäder! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir eine schneereiche Woche hatten war der Carport im Hof sehr hilfreich, wir mussten das Auto morgens nicht von den Schneemassen befreien. Auch an Skiraum und Heizständer für die Skischuhe wurde gedacht.... alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Es ist alles da was man braucht, evtl. wäre eine Mikrowelle noch sinnvoll. Die Raumaufteilung war für unsere Zwecke super unsere zwei Enkel hatten im oberen Bereich eine super "Schlafhöhle"...besten Dank nochmals dafür...haben zwar eine eigene Pfanne in der Küche vergessen..aber vielleicht nehmen wir sie ja das nächste mal mit...
