Thanks to its location in the heart of Southern Utah's red rock splendor, Paradise Village at Zion is a perfect home base for your outdoor adventures. Take a scenic drive to Zion National Park, which is known for its 15-mile canyon, its colorful rock formations, and outstanding hiking trails like The Narrows and Angels Landing. You'll also find sports courts and a splash pad at the adjacent Archie H. Gubler Park, plenty of dining and shopping options three miles south in downtown Santa Clara, and outdoor performances of Broadway musicals at the Tuacahn Center for the Arts only four miles north.
However, there is plenty to do at your vacation townhouse too. Paradise Village's amenities include an infinity pool, a water slide, a splash pad, a large green space, a gym, and a 20-person hot tub. Back at home, the kids can enjoy their very own splash pad on the patio as the adults fire up the gas grill and set the table for dinner. The kitchen is open and contemporary with stainless steel appliances, richly hued cabinetry, and an island with plentiful prep space, making it ideal for anything you want to make. Sip your coffee and read the paper at the bar counter or relax with a meal at the dining table. After a long day, recline on the sofa, watch something on TV, or choose a book or a board game to pass the time. At night, you'll rest easy in one of the home's many bedrooms and wake up ready for another adventure.

The splash pad is turned off for the wintertime due to freezing temperatures at night. The splash pad will be turned off from Nov to the end of Feb.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
