Got the “King Suite” which smelled thickly of smoke. Everything falling apart, cigarette burns in all furniture and sheets.

Did not like anything. Place was dirty and old. Do not think it is worth the money. The breakfast did not have a hot coffee that we could enjoy. The breakfast it self was very cheap, my kids and my wife couldn’t eat it.

Excellent Turkish breakfast with several quality food choices was included. Front desk staff and supprt heloful and gracious. Terrific location among shops and dining of all price ranges, and an essy to walk to hotel in one or two blocks from the train and bus station. The hotel and room was nice and a great value for the price.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks nice. The room was very small for a family of 4 , the squeezed the fourth foldable bed and there were no room for the bags and a suitcase, so we have to step in and out over them. The cattle and two cups were on top of tiny bedside table. No fridge in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as we found dusty toy under the folding bed and an old sock. Also the top of the lamps were dusty. The bathroom was clean.

It is in a strategic location near the Basmane train and metro station. You can easily walk to Kemeralti Market, Agora Roman ruins, Konak Square, KulturePark, Alsancak from the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in early. My room was kind of small but it was clean and so was the bathroom. My bed was comfortable and I got my rest. The complimentary breakfast spread was nice. I am pleased with my stay here and would definitely return God willing

Amazing place to stay
The best thing about this hotel is the amazing helpful hotel receptionists, the lady especially was very helpful sorry I forgot to take her name, the center location of the hotel and close to everything in Konak, walking dirtance to bismane metro station, clock Tower.. Etc, super thanks to all the staff in this hotel, very kind and receptionists made our stay even better

We booked the apartment and found that the accommodation was decent. Apartment was relatively huge and clean. The hotel staff were accommodating and helped us when we wanted to find a day tour for the next day. Thanks Grand Zeybek!

Great location, good service and excellent value
Swift checki-in. Arrived early and asked to wait for a few minutes while room is being readied and in less than 10 minutes, it was ready. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with all basic amenities. Within a couple of minutes walk to Basmane train station. Very convenient for Selcuk/ephesus and Denizli. Also the airport bus has a stop 2 minutes walk. The main bus companies have offices roung the corner and the servis bus I took from otogar has a stop there. A bit small but at this price and location excellent value.
