The hotel is good in general. However, there exist only limited parking spots in the property and the fridge in the room was not working properly. One final drawback is that the mattress is hard (even for me although I sleep in a hard mattress)

Good but no control over temperature in room.
It was overall good. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable however we learned the second night that we could not control our own temperature in the room despite having the control unit. The representative had to call down to another area to lower our temperature. In the night we wished to increase it a bit and again it was not within our control. The breakfast made up for the room temperature.

Noisy at night with bad sound insulation.
Definitely a very noisy hotel with a train station next to it, as well as some fan voice coming from the next building continuously. The comfort of bed, breakfast and shower is very good, but the noise in the room is extremely disturbing to sleep. I am definitely not going to stay again

Everything was absolutely perfect.The reception staff were so kind and caring especially Mr. Murat who was kind enough to allocate me to the best kind of room I required. The room is new and clean. The restaurant and reception are very kind and the English is excellent. I stayed for 7 days, but the room wasn't cleaned well for 2-3 days. Breakfast is delicious, but I get tired of it after 7 days. It is far from the center of town without a pool. You may not care much because taxis are cheap, but the hotel in the center is more convenient. No. 1 is convenient because it is a 1-minute walk from the train station. Direct to the airport. It may be good for work, but if you are a family, we recommend another hotel.
