The hotel seems to very nice, but there was no cleaning service for first 3 days. Wifi is very slow or non-existent. The bed is solid as a rock and had not much sleep.
The price is too much for the actual quality of the hotel.. the room is tight and no sun from the window...
I went for late check out one hour.. and they forced me to pay a whole day.
I booked a family room for one night for me and my family. The room was awful. Cigarette smell everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, I asked for a baby cot at least 7 days in advance but was told that their was none, and that it was given away. Our 1 year old had to sleep between us, I therefore only slept 5 hours. Luckily enough I only booked 1 night.

The hotel staff are very nice however the hotel is a bit dated and carpet in the hallways have lots of stains.
This is a good hotel very close to the Baseme subway and train station. The water was hot and the bedsheets clean. There is even a pot to make tea in the room, along with a mini-refrigerator. The free buffet breakfast was good as well.
Additionally, they do offer excursions to the main tourist sites out of town for a reasonable price. I would easily stay here again for the price offered.
Unfortunately this is my first bad review. I was debating if I should even write it but then I thought I don’t want anyone else to be in a situation that I was in especially someone with children. The pictures they have on the site are taken years ago because the hotel is in horrible condition. The room reeked of cigarette smell. We asked to be moved they didn’t want to help us in anyway. Mind you we don’t smoke and we we’re staying there with our son and daughter. The room was filthy. There were stains all over the room. Blood stains on the floor. We found used tissues in the bedding of one bed. The sheets were stained. The furniture was stained. The room seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was no hot water. No light in the room and the walls seemed to be paper thin. There was someone arguing until early morning. The elevator is next to the room and you feel and hear the noise. The Wi-Fi worked for 15 minutes then it completely stopped. Even the satellite tv stopped working. We couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was that dirty. We were stuck I couldn’t find another room and I’m sure they wouldn’t have refunded our money. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to that hotel. The only positive thing about this hotel was the parking person. He was very nice. I just wish I could post the pictures of this as well.
This hotel is just barely OK. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The hallways are dirty and noisy. The staff was not friendly, nor they unfriendly just OK. The area is very busy and noisy. I would not stay this hotel again I would stay closer to the water.
Very close to train station, which is 30 minutes by train to the airport.

The lobby and the rooms are clean. The lift is tiny. Internet is horrible. The connection keeps dropping off every few minutes. They know the issue but don't care or unable to solve it.
