Das Rakuten in Izumo ist neu und sehr gepflegt und liegt an einer Straße gegenüber einem Tempel. Da wir in Osaka gute Erfahrungen mit Rakuten gemacht haben, dachten wir, dass es auch in Izumo so sein würde. Leider war dem nicht so. Die guten Erfshrungen der Vergangenheit stehen in starken Kontrast zum Service wenn Probleme entstehen sowie der Bauweise der Reihenhäuser. Nach aussen ist das Haus gut gedämmt. Innerhalb der Häuser ist es sehr hellhörig und wir werden jeden morgen (trotz Ohrstöpseln) von den Nachbarn auf der einen Seite geweckt und gehen Nachts um 1 Uhr mit den anderen Nachbarn ins Bett wenn dann endlich alles ruhig ist. Der Bauplaner war so schlau die nebenliegenden Badezimmer direkt an das Kopfende der Nachbarn zu bauen anstatt die Häuser baulich zu spiegeln. Somit hört man zum einschlafen die Waschmaschine der Nachbarn und zum aufwachen die duschenden und dabei laut spielenden Kinder. Maximaler Schlaf lag bei etwa 6-7 Stunden....aber nur wenn der Nachbar auch schläft.....also ohne eigenen Rhythmus. Ich kann das Rakuten Izumo somit nicht empfehlen. Ich habe versucht Kontakt zum Service aufzunehmen und keine Hilfe oder Antwort erhalten. Ich werde das Geld über Expedia bzw. Visa anfordern, denn für mich gehört guter Service mit zu einem guten Erlebnis und nicht nur ein Tablet zum einchecken. Schade ist für mich zudem, dass ich bereits Tage zuvor nach einem ruhigen Haus (ganz links oder rechts) gefragt habe.
