We initially selected this hotel for the location (which was great) but had a very unfortunate customer service experience and we will not be back. We had someone use our bathroom in our room while we were out, used hand towel present, and an awful smell of a bowel movement. We were completely disregarded by the front desk staff, told "there is no way, no one can access your room, not even staff" which is wildly inaccurate as the cleaners can, besides the point I am unable to include full conversation in this review due to limited space but we were told "there isn't anything we can do" and "we are sold out." Then the maintenance guy spent 30 seconds in our room and told us we would get a new room. This still came with a very large hassle, we asked for a refund and wanted to leave and were told that was not possible as well. Eventually we received a new room that was clean but an absolutely appalling customer service experience. I still cannot believe it happened and we will not stay at this hotel again. Great location yes. You cannot shower when anyone else is showering (otherwise cold water) but overall was fairly clean we just had an awful experience that I wish to not happen to anyone.
