Cool 100 year old building. Room is small but nice. Small bathroom. Good wifi and tv selections. Ok breakfast, mainly packaged items. Neighbors has some restaurants close but also some neglected properties

Right in downtown Jackson
A bit awkward to get into and park at the hotel. Hotel in the middle of a big change; restaurant was closed and being used as a storage area for mattresses and new furniture. Bathrooms have all be upgraded and are modern.

Great hospitality.
I recently shattered my ankle in an accident and ice packs are a must for me to manage swelling. The staff were exceedingly hospitable helping us store the ice packs.

I don't often write hotel reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to the National Hotel in Jackson CA. It was oozing with charm and the Gold Rush vibe was fun. The room was clean, had everything I needed, and I would recommend it to my friends and family any day of the week.

Great place to stay!
Our stay was awesome, as always. This is our hotel of choice in the area. Always clean! Comfy bedding, very pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast options. Nearby parking. Love walking to the shops and places to eat in town. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

If you are into historic hotels, this is one of the best kept historical authentic character with the setting of an older historic towns. Perfect setting for the hotel put you in a great walking downtown with restaurants/bars and antique shops with a large historic museum. Parking safe and close off the street. Pick this one.

A lovely hotel. Room was spotless- lacked hot drink equipment and an iron/board. Lovely reception staff. Good breakfast. Our room had a weird buzzing noise all night which kept my husband awake.

Everything about our stay was great from check-in to check-out. Room was very nice, had everything we needed. Shower was super. Continental breakfast was also really nice with good variety and fresh!
