The check in process was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m pretty up to date on using email, text , apps etc for check in but the email I received to do check in tasks before I arrived was ridiculous. You have to put down $300 deposit on top of paying for the nights you stay , send license, pay for parking etc etc. all things are understandable if you have people available to help at the property, which they do not. When we arrived, about 6 or 7 people were stranded in the lobby for hours trying to figure out the check in process. One older couple was in the lobby for hours, they didn’t have the $300 deposit and was unaware of the amount or that they even had to do that before check in. Me and my husband ended up paying it for them so they could get into their room and not have to drive hours back home. It was a miserable night for all of us. The property has potential, it’s nice but most amenities aren’t open or operational. The pool was ok but it closes early and doesn’t open until late morning. Would not stay here Again.

NO HOT WATER
I made this reservation because I was intown on a business trip. When walking into the room the room was nice and clean. location and parking was good. That night i tried to take a shower and there was no hot/warm water so I called the service to inform them. I infomred them that the hot water was out & i could not get the AC to work. I was told that they will be in touch with me but that never happened. in the morning I reached out to complain that nobody ever reached out to us about the issue. Finally the manager on site called that they checked and the water heater did not work. I was informed that I would be getting a refund but it has now been over a month and I have not been issued a refund. Great place if your into COLD showers and no AC.

The overall experience was stressful. My access code to check in did not work and took 20 minutes to resolve. My paid parking spot was occupied. Finally, the wi-fi code/instructions/password were not clear and did not work.

Fruit flies in the room they never came by to fix it or offer to move rooms just gave half hearted apologies over text. Made it very difficult to sleep save your time and go stay somewhere else

The bedroom had a double be which was supposed to be a queen. The TV was in the living room with a small couch too small to lay down on. We had problems from the beginning with the key box not working. We had to make multiple calls to several people who were unable to solve the problem. We tried to cancel the reservation through Expedia, but they said only the Barsala could do so, but would charge a one night fee. Unbelievable. I finally got a person who swapped rooms for us in order to get a key. This took over two hours before we could get into our room. For our trouble, the manager said he was going to comp on night for us, but when we got the credit, it was only for about 1/3 of the cost of the two nights. I'll never book through Expedia or Barsala again.

You pay for assigned parking which isn’t enforced so a waste of money, WiFi doesn’t work, water doesn’t get hot. Management/staff non existent.

Great place to stay if visiting Jackson!
This is my 3rd stay at Walthall Lofts and it really is a nice place to stay. The pool side lofts as well the pool area overall are really nice and worth the price. All of the units I have stayed in were very clean and had all the supplies I needed available to me. Any issues that came up during my stays where handled very quickly and professionally.

Went to check in at 8pm code would not work. I ended up getting sick right before getting to hotel so as I'm trying to call the numbers I had for the hotel I'm throwing up out on the street. I talked to 2 different people who said they were going to call the manger and contact me right back no one ever called back. My husband finally got mad enough and talked to someone who lived there who got the security guard for us and this was after sitting outside for 45 min waiting for someone to call us back. Then the room never got cold so my husband checked the filter this morning and it was disgusting

The accommodations were beautiful, very clean and spacious.. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Everything I needed was there. Easy, easy, easy. I did get confused on the apartment number but the gentleman was patient and waited on the phone while I corrected my mistake.

Difficult getting someone on the phone to answer specific questions. It was clean, however it appears that the room was not quite ready for occupancy. Linen and towels left in the dryer, blue painters tape on doorframe, door hinge on TV cabinet unfinished. Room was well stocked with supplies. Difficult to get a native English speaker on the phone. The rooms we fabulous, very well appointed, nice decor, sleek, contemporary. Key fob access to parking garage is tricky, you have to exit car to swipe
