The check in process was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m pretty up to date on using email, text , apps etc for check in but the email I received to do check in tasks before I arrived was ridiculous. You have to put down $300 deposit on top of paying for the nights you stay , send license, pay for parking etc etc. all things are understandable if you have people available to help at the property, which they do not. When we arrived, about 6 or 7 people were stranded in the lobby for hours trying to figure out the check in process. One older couple was in the lobby for hours, they didn’t have the $300 deposit and was unaware of the amount or that they even had to do that before check in. Me and my husband ended up paying it for them so they could get into their room and not have to drive hours back home. It was a miserable night for all of us. The property has potential, it’s nice but most amenities aren’t open or operational. The pool was ok but it closes early and doesn’t open until late morning. Would not stay here Again.
