Cleaning services were awful. On my arrival, l was offered a room which was occupied previously and the guests put lot garbage in the sink, bedshits were not replaced and smells all over the room. I took pictures and returned at the front desk to request another room. But the staff felt as offended that l was not accepting this offer, but finally she put me in another room. When l request a smart TV in my room (with Netflix and YouTube channels…) she said she could neither provide nor switch me in another room. In addition, she pretended that the hotel didn’t have technical support for such matters. Hopefully, another more responsible staff changed the TV upon request after 5 days of stay. It was a clear evidence that the front desk staff on my arrival was just unprofessional. I still have the pictures of the room which was first allocated to me upon arrival.

Rooms were excellent, clean and quality supplies - towels, soaps, shampoo, lotion! Front desk was quick to check in and friendly. The breakfast was perfect, good selection and plenty provided.

A refreshing getaway
Outstanding place for a little R&R. The entire staff was amazing and most courteous. The breakfast every day was excellent and the property clean and the bed was comfortable. Already planning on returning. Next door to Sliders Restaurant which was a plus. Thank you.

Truly a great value - can’t beat the location
This is our fifth time staying at this hotel. If we do a short trip to Amelia Island, we always gravitate towards this hotel because of its affordability and its location (across the street from the beach and across the street from a local casual beach restaurant and a Dairy Queen). Breakfast included, which is always nice - eggs, sausage, pastries, make your own waffles, a couple fruit choices… best value of a hotel we have found!

Yall messed up my wedding night
I reserved a room the night of my wedding. When i got into the room and layed in the bed i was eaten alive by fleas. To my surprise when i went to the front desk about it they offered me no compensation for my problems and refused to give me a refund. The manager has repeated me ignored me and my request for a refund. Very disappointing on my wedding night. Never again.

Beach across the street. Checked in 15 minutes later 2 other guest opened room door. Called downstairs and they said guest had same last name as us, but then wouldn't comment on it after that. TV wouldn't work, lady tried her best to fix it. Moved rooms and tv worked. Breakfast was good and staff overall was friendly. Beach across the street and in a very safe area. I would stay there again.
