Located within the gated community of the beautiful Amelia Island Resort, This Villa has million-dollar views, a very special property and you will feel like royalty staying here and experiencing these breathtaking views from all corners of the Villa. Ocean views to the EAST, South, North, and also, the beautiful Amelia River views from the West Balcony...... newly remodeled beautifully, and the tastefully decorated penthouse on the fifth floor in the high rise at Windsong.

Amelia Island, Florida...a barrier Island located just off the coast of Georgia and Fernandina Beach is the first city as you enter the state of Florida.
Curbside unloading and steps to the elevator...afterward covered parking for 1 car.
Located up on the penthouse level of the fifth floor,(very nice elevator will take you on the ride up, you can also take the stairs for the guest who are athletic and into getting a work out) with only one other Villa that neighbor's this villa...
Inside the Villa it is very spacious, and can sleep up to 10/6 adults comfortably and 4 children...1 king, 2 full, 1 queen sofa in living area and one full-size sofa sleeper in the master suite for children.
2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 full baths and 1/2 bath. The floor plan is open with no stairs once you are inside you are on one level. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom suite with a huge walk-in shower with several body shower heads, the guest room has two double size beds with its own bath suite and balcony facing west with scenic views of the Amelia river...the living area boasts a beautiful large space with a sofa sleeper and majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the very large terrace that is just off of the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A wet bar including a wine refrigerator. A powder room within the foyer at the entrance of the Villa and a nice closet space. Downstairs you will have access to a closet for the storage of beach chairs and bikes.

The Villa has beautiful Ocean views from the back Balcony and the living area. A beautiful pool area in the middle of the property and you can view it from the balcony within the primary bedroom suite. The pool has a shaded area in case you get too much sun, or just want to relax with a book. There are tables as well...showers to rinse the sand off when you are coming up for your fun beach day located down the boardwalk along the path to the Beach.

Walking and bike pathways provide the best of both worlds. If you desire a vacation that beckons you to relax and slow the pace but also offers fun memorable activities, this condo and island is the place for you, your family, and your friends.

The host could not have been nicer. The condo was the best we have stayed in on the Island which is saying a lot as we have been coming to Amelia for 43 years. We are renting this condo in spring for 6 weeks.

Beautiful and serene escape
This was such a beautiful, well maintained, serene condo. The views couldn’t be beat! The decor was so clean and beautiful which created an immediate state of relaxation. Everything was thought of, no detail was too small. The villas were quiet and peaceful as well and the pool gave a great option for swimming when we wanted a break from the beach. Can’t wait to return! The owners clearly have created a bit of paradise that they so lovingly share with their guests!

Beautiful, Spacious Condo
We really enjoyed our stay for the Fourth of July week. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. Dee was easy to get in touch with when needed and very thorough. Fireworks were easy to see from the beach in front of the condo, which was a major plus for our children. Loved the area. Didn’t love that construction was going on throughout our stay and was pretty noisy early in the mornings, and the workers took up many parking places (none of which could really be controlled). Other than that minor detail, this condo was wonderful!

The property was great - beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. Plenty of space for two adults and two older teens. Very nice updated decor with a beach vibe. Kitchen was stocked with everything a cook could need and closet was stocked for the beach/ pool. We will be back!

Lovely Stay!
We had a lovely stay at this property. It is beautiful and has everything you need - down to laundry supplies! It has gorgeous views, and is so close to the beach. We went in May 2021 and felt like we had the pool and beach to ourselves. We rented a golf cart to explore the plantation (we rented through ewheels, much cheaper than getting it through the on property place!) and our littles loved riding around. Dee was also a wonderful hostess. We will be back!

We had the pleasure of a 2 week stay at the property. The home is well appointed and maintained, with wonderful views up and down the beach. Perfect for a small family. My husband and I stayed for the month of February. It was cold and rainy for the first three weeks, so that limited our golf and tennis, but we were able to enjoy long walks on the beach with our dog, so we did not mind. The condo is clean and convenient! We would definitely book again!

Excellent property!! Beautiful views of the water from every room. Furnishing and decor was meticulous. There is a lot of love that has gone into this property. We felt right at home. While the beach and grounds are beautiful we rarely left the condo. The view was amazing!
