Unacceptable
I booked the stay only to findout that it was unavailibe. I finally heard from the owner , stationg it was not supposed to be listed. And was occupied. He stated this had happened 4 previous times. if this property is not supposed to be listed it should be removed.

Do NOT book here!!
We booked a weekend stay and when we arrived the host was no where to be found and would not answer any phone calls or messages. Vrbo helped us get a hotel for one night but we are still waiting for a refund. Awful experience. Vrbo needs to take this listing down. Its either a scam or something has happened to the host.

Affordable option in a safe, quiet neighborhood
My husband and I stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves! The street and and home were quiet and safe with easy parking. Nice water pressure with plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy to use entertainment with the guest account on the firestick. Lots of dishes/cooking equipment with full sized appliances. I misread the listing and thought it was an apartment over the garage. Instead it's a partial basement apartment with shared access from the garage. It was still fine for us and we had no major issues while staying and exploring Jacksonville.

Great Experience
The rooms were very clean and host met all our needs. It was in a good location to see family, dine out and shop. The kitchen was equipped enough to make meals for my husband n me. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. Host was very accommodating and friendly.

Spacious rooms and convenient location
We liked having two separate rooms so I could continue to be an early riser & make my coffee and breakfast without disturbing my husband. Appreciated the sofa for reading and the breakfast table for eating and laptop use. Plenty of room to cook a bit with full stove, refrig & sink.
