Welcome to the beautiful and serene oceanfront community of the Shipwatch Villas.
Located in the private gated community of Omni Amelia Island Plantation. The ocean views from this top floor condo are unbelievable! There are incredible views from every room! Gorgeous ocean views, Intracoastal views as well as pool views! You won't be disappointed!

This well-appointed and recently updated with wood flooring in the (living, dining and second and third bedroom), three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo has everything you could want for a fabulous weekend getaway or a memorable summer vacation with the family. This beautifully furnished condo has all the comforts of home with recently updated wood floors and fresh paint in living room. The condo is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet as well as cable and streaming for your enjoyment.

Each bedroom has a flat screen tv as well as one in the living room for use. The master bedroom is wonderfully furnished for comfort with a spacious king size bed for relaxing. The second bedroom has two sets of twin size beds, while the third bedroom has two XL double beds for use. Each bedroom has a full bathroom which has been updated with two of the bathrooms having sitting areas for the evening preparations for a night on the town. All have amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway with unforgettable sunsets on the west side of the condo with those amazing ocean views on the east side!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for your stay while leading into the spacious dining room with seating for six and of course, the amazing southern coastal views! The living room has ample seating with two couches as well as two recliners and a large flat screen tv to enjoy.

Whether you choose to sit on the oceanfront balcony or the primary bedroom balcony, enjoying the Intracoastal beauty, or take a stroll through the grounds of the Omni Resort - Amelia Island and its wonderful bike and walkway paths, make Amelia Island and Shipwatch Villas your vacation destination. Clean, great views, accurate pictures, great communication from manager. Quiet property. Very family friendly. Everthing worked. Would go back again! One note - not an easy stay if you have a wheelchair, though we knew what we were getting and have no complaints. You will be happy if you book this property.

Amelia Island is beautiful. This Vrbo is part of the Omni Resort Villas. As described on the upper level with elevator access the view when our family walked in is breathtaking! Each of the 6 of us had plenty of room. Our host provided numerous games and books for evening. There was nothing lacking in the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the 3rd was across the hall. Great location to get to Top Golf on outskirts of JAX. The ocean at the Villa provided lovely walks and we could come back to cool off and rest at or in the pool. With all we did during the long daylight hours, dinners were late but no one complained. A private boat tour with Capt. Glenn was super informative and easy to find on Amelia Island. We recommend visiting the Historic District, too. None of us could’ve asked for a better host or vacation spot. It’s also only 45 min. from JAX airport.

Excellent Location - convenient to most attractions
Good place for family gatherings. Would not work well for handicapped because elevator does not go to condo entrance. You have to walk up or down to your condo no matter where you stay.l That is the only negatie. Everything else is positive.

Great VRBO
Our family spent a week at this VRBO. It was perfect for us. It was large enough for our extended family, We enjoyed the beach, pool and had all we needed in the kitchen on the days we cooked. It was conveniently located to the marina where the guys went deep sea fishing and the girls took speed boat tours. It was also close to the local fishing areas.

Family Friendly Ocean View Condo
This is a very nice condo on the upper floor. It was enough room for us and our two children and their families. We loved having a keypad entry and not having to keep up with a key or card. It's a pretty good trek to the beach with all your stuff and little ones - and getting up and down the steps on walkways with beach carts, but other than that, our stay at Shipwatch Villas was great!!!! I would highly recommend it!

Great Condo, Great Location!
We loved this adorable condo on the Omni Resort property. Great location with extremely convenient access to the beach and the property pool. The view was beautiful as well. The condo is spacious and was very clean with all the amenities you could need for a week long vacation. Our family of four along with my sister’s family of 4 were very comfortable and had plenty of room for sleeping and moving about without feeling like we were all bouncing off each other. The resort has several conveniently located restaurants within a 10 min or less drive and Amelia Island State Park and Boneyard Beach are also a short drive down the road. We made a day trip into historic Fernandina which was an easy 20 min drive and absolutely charming with lots of great shops. We’re looking forward to making this an annual vacation and hope to stay in this condo again.

Nice Oceanfront Condo in Omni Resort
Very nice condo. Large unit with impressive balcony views. Unit has been updated with modern appliances and accessories. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella however. Would suggest they provide luggage carts or baskets to help carry your belongings from the car. Enjoyed our stay.

Everyone enjoyed. It is so convenient. We were there mid October & Falcons Neat, one of our favorites, was closed for the week but we will be back. This is our 4th stay at the Plantation - so convenient & safe - you can let the kids roam.
