There were roaches in the bathroom and the pool closes at 10PM. The breakfast also closes at 10AM which is standard yet unreasonable and old fashioned. It was a beautiful, quiet area with a variety of things to do as well as dining. Although staff costumer services was subpar the drinks were enjoyable.

We evacuated for a hurricane in FL and this hotel was very comforting. The staff were so welcoming and demonstrated empathy and understanding. Breakfast was delicious with hot options like omelets. Offering a good mix of breakfast options. The lobby has a small grill/café by the pool and they have delicious burgers, salads and other fast food options. Nearby, within walkable distance, there is a good Mexican and Italian Restaurant, too. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and clean bathrooms. Pool is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, the view from our balcony and will return in the future. Thank you for the hospitality in such difficult times.

Nice stay, enjoyed restaurant on site, but burger overcooked and paid for side dish upgrade and didn’t get it. This wasn’t a fun trip, but rather evacuated d/t hurricane and pleased pet fees waived during this emergency.

I evacuated to your property from Tampa due to hurricane Milton. Upon arrival I requested an extension of my room, the front desk informed me that no rooms were available within 200 miles and couldn’t guarantee me another room for Wednesday day of the storm making landfall. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation on the spot and drive back to Tampa to ride out the hurricane in my apartment! That’s my experience!
