Check in was very easy and Felecia the lady at the front desk was very personable! I just wish they had their fireplace on as it was very cold and it would have added some nice ambience! Rooms were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again

Clean hotel in a convenient Orange Park location. Friendly staff. The only con is, since pets allowed, there were a couple of dogs barking at night making sleep difficult.

We were given an accessible room when we booked a standard 2 queen room, the tv in our room did not work, the hot tub did not work and the pool and hot tub were dirty. When we complained at the front desk, the staff said “sorry”. There were no amenities as advertised and no tv either. This stay was terrible and I would like a refund.
