I love this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description of the size of the balcony when booking. Last year I could sit on the balcony and this year it was a tiny one.

The hotel is ok, I didn’t sleep well. And I don’t see how they have a 9 point rating. I’ll give them a 8.3 base on the location other than that… it’s other hotels on the beach that’s better. And the location is not all that. I guess it depends on preference.

Stayed at the hotel for a few days. The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The main complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It is impossible to shower with a trickle of water. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our shower at home, which is a sandblaster in comparison.

I always stay at Margaritaville Jax Beach when I’m there for Mayo Clinic appts. My only continued complaint is lack parking & no other choice but paid valet. This last stay our cold water faucet in the bathroom wasn’t working. Otherwise, beautiful property with friendly, helpful staff on a gorgeous beach.
