Simple and can't beat the price.
I took a flyer on Windsor because of economics and I'm glad I did. I normally stay at much more expensive locations that cost literally twice as much. I was alone so didn't need anything grand. I just needed simple, cheap and quiet. There was a problem with the later but the hotel staff handled that deftly. The hotel appears to be an old hotel that a family has taken over to run and remodel. The whole place while old has been completely redone top to bottom. The grounds as well as rooms are clean and don't smell or anything like that. The rooms have been redone completely and look very nice. The only thing I would have wanted differently is a better TV and bed. On the hidden plus side Tmobile data speeds were EXCEPTIONAL here vs. poor at other hotels. The family running the place is super nice and clearly invested in its success by their actions. Seriously though for the price a paid while I was passing through I couldn't be more pleased!

Honestly the staff was plenty nice, and the room was sufficient for the one night stay I had there. However, it's clearly been around a while and definitely hasn't been kept up like the pictures suggest. If you're just looking for a cheap stay near the airport it will do, but I don't think I'd suggest an extended stay.

The hotel charged my cc twice . I call to talk to manager . They told me I had to leave a massage. I did I never got a return call back to this day . Something was bitting me all through the night . It was clean but u couldn’t sleep. We made a reservation on line and they didn’t have it. What kind of business is this. I would never go back.

Spanish Charm
I've stayed in many different hotels across the USA and Europe. This one has the feel of old US Florida Spanish charm. The architecture, the property, and even the curved staircase will transport you back to the era when Spain owned Florida. (The hotel is not that old.) The problem I had was the language. Everything was in Spanish: TV, hotel information posted, and the emergency evacuation placard. In the USA the norm is for the information to be in English and other languages. As with most hotels today, they ensure your room is clean and well-stocked with essentials. During your stay, the hotel staff respects your privacy by not entering your room. You must ask the front desk to have someone tidy your room or provide you with additional essentials. This hotel follows that philosophy. This hotel is an excellent value, and I will stay here again.

Trying to find accommodations for my elderly parents as they evacuated Florida was a disaster. Domingo was compassionate, clearly understood the situation and went out of his way to be a "human being" and help his fellow citizens in a difficult situation. I can't scream loudly enough how wonderful he was to help!!!
