First night we had no hot water so they moved us to a new villa, 2nd night the heater was not working, they would not bring in small heaters or move us the temp in the villa was 50. My 4 yr old daughter had a medical procedure that was the reason for the trip so I needed to keep her comfortable and warm. Her and I slept on the floor in front of the oven since that was the only way to keep her warm. This place is run down not that nice at all. The 3rd night we were moved again. They stated the room they put us in was an $800 a night room. Not even close. We stayed 3 nights and each night had to move due to some significant problems. We have to come back a couple more times for my daughter’s procedures and will not be staying here. I would not recommend this place at all. Some of the stay was nice.

Love the property. Had two major issues: "ocean view" room looked straight at building next door with ocean 60 degrees to the right. Terrible! We moved to a better view only to have no hot water for showers the next morning. Omni did upgrade us to ocean view suite last 5 days - that was awesome. But, should not have these issues at $300 per night!

I was worried about this property because of other reviews but it really exceed our expectations and we can't wait to plan a trip with friends and go back! The kids club was awesome - shout out to Bailey because she was the counselor for a few days with our son, but all of the counselors were great! Heated pool at main building was amazing too. Food and drinks were awesome. Had the best espresso martini from the girls at the bar at the main lobby.
