Everything was clean and the free breakfast was great, love the little pancake machine. The young lady working in the breakfast area this am 10/19/24 was super friendly and has amazing customer service skills, def a keeper. We will def return!!

I enjoyed my brief stay before flying out on a super early flight. Only knock on this location was the lack of assistance I received about hotel parking. After booking my room on Expedia, I called the hotel and was told “parking” options had to be done online. That was the extent of this hotel staff person’s response. I decided to park at the airport!

I had reserved and prepaid for a king bed room. When I got to the hotel they said they ran out. I already paid for the room. It wasn’t up to them to give away my prepaid room! Also the attendant was reluctant to give me two key cards. Odd. The hotel was new which was nice. Average breakfast. Good shower. No maid service by 3:30 and we wanted to watch the game so we just asked to switch out the towels. Eight tractor trailers were parked at the hotewhen we got there making parking tight.

Did not stay here. They were very professional to contact me and explain that the room I needed was not available because of a maintenance issue (ADA). They told me there would be no cost to cancel and they were very apologetic about the situation.
