Jacksonville Stay
The temp was cold. We couldn't adjust the temp higher than 72. Owner came and couldn't either. My wife got bite on her finger by a brown recluse spider that was in the bed our first night. My wife got so sick we had to get medical attention the next day. She stayed in bed all day Saturday and Sunday. It was a terrible stay.

The apt was perfect for our weekend stay. Owner communicated well & gave all information needed a day or so prior to arrival. Property was very clean & smelled nice. 2 full baths & the good tp is a plus LOL. Quiet location even though it looks like it wouldn’t be with neighbors & traffic. Very pleased with our stay.

Disappointing!!!!
The pictures of the inside of the property were accurate. However, the outside of the property was deceptive. They only show a narrow shot of the doorway b/c it's a unit attached to dilapidated townhouses. If I had seen the outside.....I never would have rented the unit. In addition, it wasn't cleaned well. There was HAIR everywhere including the kitchen sink, in the refrigerator and all over the bathrooms. There was also a used towel hanging on the shower rod and a used bar of soap. The sheets on the bed were the cheapest quality possible. They scratched my legs making it difficult to sleep. The stairs are extremely narrow i.e., the steps are smaller than the average foot (I wear a women's 8). Finally, the property is old and in need of upgrades. The furniture is cute but the structure itself still needs upgrades (shower heads need to be replaced, stucco on the ceiling is coming off in several places, there is a hole in the sink in the half bathroom downstairs.... I could go on!!!). I wish I could attach pictures.

Great location!
The townhouse was plenty spacious for us & had a wonderful fenced in back yard for our puppy to play & do her business! We really loved how easy it was to find, & how close it was & easy to get to everything we wanted or needed to go to (poker rooms, shopping malls, antique stores were our main interest).

Great place for family trip
Communication with the property manager was awesome! Place was great! There are some areas that could use some TLC, but overall the place is well taken care of (ex. Clean tub, sink, toilets, kitchen, sheets). There were toothbrushes and toothpaste (a nice touch). There is cookware and basic cooking items that allowed us to prepare a couple meals. The living room is lovely. We couldn't figure out how to turn on one of the bedroom TVs (kid's room), but it wasn't a huge deal and I believe the manager would've taken care of it had we asked. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and beach. We were there for a graduation celebration, so it was perfect for our needs.

Great Location
My family and I was a little skeptical at first but it actually turned out great. The home is near a lot of convenient places which is definitely a plus. The neighbors are quiet. And the place was clean overall! We attended a graduation and visited the beach. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind staying again.

We had a pleasant one night stay. The house was very clean. The only thing that I didn’t really like about our stay was the house is on a busy street. It does get busy during the evening rush hour home and it can get noisy with the traffic. But overall, we had a nice stay and the host was very nice to. We will book again.
