AMAZING!

Very beautiful house and property. Exactly as described and as seen in pictures. The house had everything we needed. Only issue I had was with communication and directions. We couldn’t find the house, The address that was sent was a dropped pin. The directions that were sent were not accurate and out of order. No one was answering the phone and or messages. We were lost and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to stop and ask numerous locals for directions.

Hideaway with beautiful views

This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. Inside and outside. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the inside view or outside in the pool or deck. Rooms were clean. Only thing to be aware of are geckos which are common in the country all around. They sometimes slip in the home and may alarm you but are harmless and disappear. It’s a little challenging to find the property on some gps so we used the wipeout hostel as our guide to the entrance road. Overall great stay!

CR Family Trip

House is great and great location for us. We had a full time driver and everyday went on different adventures. The house is only 14 minutes from Downtown Jaco and 45 minutes to Quepos. Only had one issue - the house lost water for around 6 hours - but it was a city issue not just the house. I'd do it again.

CASA LA CIMA, REVIEW

Beautiful home, well kept, even better than the pictures. I advice to rent a golf cart, we had to walk to the street to be picked up by an Uber, no one can find us. We were all very sporty so it wasn't an issue, my concern is if someone has a medical emergency. It appears the signal is lost, we even had issues with drivers from organize events. We hired an uber driver for the week, off Uber, since he was local, a gentleman and always with a positive attiitud. We were lucky. It is close to restaurants, highways, Jaco City, that is no the issue, locating the house it is a challange, The house is spacious, lots of light, bring blinders to sleep i you are sensitiive to the light, the windows all the way to the top don't have blinds. Beautiful pool, breathtaking and serene view, and extremely secure. If you are not in the lease, you can't go up, unless you contact the house manager, who by the way is quifck to respond. Beautiful Place

The property was amazing, views were magnificent however the property manager only allows 4 people in the house at a time but it was a three bedroom. So if you come with 3 couples or more friends you will be restricted.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, well-equipped. Views from every window and the pool/deck were amazing. There are restaurants and markets nearby..easy to get to the beaches and other sights etc. We were disappointed in our check in process. The link in the info provided does not take you to the entrance of the house. After trying to find the correct road, we found out it had been washed out a week earlier. We had a lot of difficulty getting someone from the local office to help us find and get approved to use an alternate route (through a separate gated community). After over 3 hours and the assistance of the guard at the gate, we were able to get to the home. **Ask for specific directions and road conditions before arrival** After arriving at the home everything was wonderful. Would reserve again.

House and view were incredible. House had no running water. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Vacasa found us a Condo to stay in. Booked and paid for a trip to stay in a million dollar home with private pool on top of mountain. Ended up staying in a Condo without a view. Very disappointing.

Una casa muy bella, muy segura, con una vista espectacular, limpia y bien mantenida, especial para hacer un viaje en familia o para una ocasión como la nuestra que fue luna de miel, es muy privada y tranquila, quiero destacar que la anfitriona Ana Milena siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, además cuando le comenté el motivo de nuestro viaje prepararon la casa muy bella para nuestra llegada, fue muy emotivo entrar y ver que se tomaron tiempo para hacer nuestra estadía más especial aun, superando nuestras expectativas. El único defecto que puedo decir, nos dio un poquito de dificultad llegar a la propiedad, es algo difícil de conseguir incluso con las indicaciones. Pero como la estrella del momento ahí estaba Ana Milena para salvarnos, y si que lo hizo!! Nos guió hasta que llegamos a la propiedad. Gracias Ana Milena por tan bello detalle y por estar tan pendiente de nosotros. Mi espos y yo lo recomendamos 100% , no se van a arrepentir de pasar un tiempo en esta propiedad y tener una anfitriona tan PURA VIDA, como bien dicen en allá.

Wonderful Home!

The pool and the views were amazing! We loved the house and it’s proximity to Hermosa Beach. Air conditioning worked well and it was spotless when we checked in. The house was a wonderful home base for our trip.
