The property was really run down, and the room service staff was really bad. The staff for room service were really confused upon the payment and other things. This was not at all Marriott lever service.

This is a five star luxury hotel 5-10 minutes from the airport. (A shuttle taxi costs 700rps). Great dinner buffet - highly recommended and worth the splurge. Very nice staff. Faultless really. Only good as an airport location hotel - it's too far from the old city or fort to use it as a base. Unless you need 2 or 3 days break from India. In that case, stay here and you'll think you're on another planet. Very, very nice.
