Disappointing.
No response from hotel pre trip despite repeated attempts to try to contact them. Experiences were all full and no effort made to try to explore options externally that we managed to do ourselves. Shower leaked in one of our rooms. Quality of food was sub par given the price point. Staff serving us were not as knowledgeable on menu. Avoid staying when events are taking place as common areas are noisy and you feel like a distraction to the main event. The music event laid out in the evening was excellent. The site and facilities were great.

Exceptional in very way! This property is managed better than any property we have visited. Every detail from the table settings to outdoor furniture perfectly curated & maintained!
