I stayed here for one night on my layover to Bali. The staff were nice and efficient but the AC in my room didn’t cool my room enough. However my room was clean and breakfast was nice. I appreciated how early It started.

We arrived at CGK airport at midnight, brought to the hotel but the line was so long. The check-in process was so slow, and we got to our room around 1.50AM. FM7 should anticipate this crowd and make an effort to shortened the check in process by opening another check in kiosk. I have been in the airplane for 20 hrs from Los Angeles, expecting a smooth check in process but disappointed due to un-readiness of FM7 hotel.

This hotel is excellent. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Facilities are modern and update. Restaurant food was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was old and outdated. They gave us a room that had been smoking and was not cleaned well. They told us when we booked that they would give us a room with a king size bed and one with two twins, but when we checked in (late at night with no time to go somewhere else) they gave us downgraded rooms with twin beds in both rooms. They had a decent breakfast buffet.
