One of my regular hotels in a great area. Nice staff. I hope they can do more to improve sustainability which is an issue in Indonesia. No more plastic bottles in the room please!

nice hotel in the middle of bustling Jakarta. Pleasant experience from the get-go. Ms. Hera handled our booking and also booked for us a taxi from the airport. Room was clean and big. This hotel was wonderful overall. There is a lot of construction going on which does cause some morning and evening disruption but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is excellent, and the service is really great too.

It was nice hotel
I requested a queen bed and when I arrived the room is not ready and they provide me a twins bed not comfortable at all ! and the sofa leg is broken and I requested from the front desk 3 times to repair it or replace it and they just make a note with no action , and the shower floating as well I got no comment how to describe this just take a fast shower before the water go out to room !!! It was a nice hotel but not anymore.

This hotel is conveniently located, has a lovely pool, and a great breakfast buffet. The ability to do your own laundry for free is also a nice touch. I definitely recommend!
