I really liked the property . The location is fantastic,staff where very friendly and helpful from front desk to security to housekeeping. I found the housekeeping young man very professional quick at cleaning the room everyday . A lot of restaurants in area ,including across the street a great restaurant. The hotel had a nice cosy swimming pool. I really would stay anywhere else in Jakarta. I was a manager of a large hotel in Sydney Australia and was impressed by the staff work ethics and helpfulness. The room was very cosy,clean and well maintained everyday by housekeeping.

Great Place to Stay in Cipete, South Jakarta
If you want to experience a local neighborhood in South Jakarta this is the perfect place. Great location (near the French School & Lycee, and not far from Kemang Raya & Cipete Raya), friendly staff, a gym+pool, and nice clean rooms. Continental breakfast delivered to room a nice touch, but could be improved by including tea or coffee in the price.... I recommend White Tree Residence highly.

The positives - Value for money and I like the location. The negatives - (1) Internet wifi consistently dropping. Not ideal if you have to work. (2) Staffs are not knowledgeable about services around. Could not arrange a booking for a Spa and Massage (something which should be very standard). (3) Electricity to the room originally was cut off when arrived, thankfully they sent me to another room. Overall - I like this boutique, its location, its value for money, but teh service can be better improve

Upon arrival handle with care and details information. Concept of room and the residence itself feels like home, has a small pool and rooftop the most I like. Easy to find a foods surround, because the cafe on this place still not open yet. My room at loft great concept with balcony pool view. Has a microwave in room and share a pantry outside.
