Infraestrutura incompatível com o tamanho do hotel
Com a expansão o hotel não conseguiu manter o padrão. A comida ficou bastante ruim e a infraestrutura básica não atende a totalidade dos hospedes, faltam lugares na sombra em frente as piscinas e inclusive faltou guarda sol na praia . Eu voltei ao hotel devido a excelência, mas agora não voltarei mais

Atendimento de todos os colaboradores e excelente. A infra estrutura do hotel em dia de chuva deixa a desejar , bem como a internet. Caso o hotel esteja lotado ficam faltando lugares para sentar na piscina . No restante e acima da expectativa

The staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. The facilities were in excellent condition and cleanliness impeccible. Very relaxing beach area and programs. Very tasty and varied menu of food.

Me decepcionei muito com o que encontrei. Por diversos motivos: 1. O resort vende uma proposta de All Inclusive Premium com porções menores e assinas por chefs, porém não vi nada disso. Cardápio bem simples , self service e até com menos opções do que concorrentes. Além disso fiquei com a impressão que as comidas eram reaproveitadas. Ex: a sobra da carne do jantar vira iscas servida na piscina. A sobra do Carré de cordeiro vira molho ragu. A carne seca da tapioca do café vira sopa no jantar. O recheio do bolo de doce de leite vira mousse. Única coisa "Premium" talvez sejam os drinks, mas que precisa ser solicitado ao garçom para usar o Gin ou Vodka Premium, senão ele usa a comum. 2. Não fui informado e não tem a informação no site que o resort não estava plenamente terminado as suas construções. O SPA não estava pronto. Havia obras em andamento próxima a piscina, com ruído de ferramentas. A Vila da Praia e a Praia não tem um banheiro próximo, nem que fosse para ter um banheiro químico. Não passa porções na praia igual passa próximo a pisicina, forçando os hóspedes a ficarem próximo às piscinas ( sem vista para o mar). O palco de atrações noturnas dá para ver que é mais uma das estruturas improvisadas. 3. A Vila da Praia e a praia não estão terminadas. As cadeiras/espreguiçadeira da praia não são confortáveis. As cadeiras e espreguiçadeira mais confortáveis se encontram ao redor da piscina porém não tem guarda sol. Apenas cadeiras nas mesas tem guarda sol.

Recentemente, tive uma experiência extremamente decepcionante com este resort. Apesar de ser um estabelecimento de alto padrão, fiquei indignado ao descobrir que estão cobrando uma taxa extra para hospedar meu bebê de apenas quatro meses. Isso porque nem berço ou outra comida de estariam disponíveis, simplesmente o bebê precisa ir para um quarto que acomode 3 adultos. Isso é inaceitável e discriminatório, especialmente considerando o preço exorbitante que já pagamos pela estadia. Esperávamos um tratamento acolhedor e inclusivo, mas fomos surpreendidos por essa política absurda. Bebês dessa idade não utilizam as instalações do resort de forma significativa e não deveriam ser motivo para cobranças adicionais. Essa prática demonstra uma falta de consideração e respeito pelos hóspedes que viajam em família. Além disso, qualquer solução seria ruim, cancelar, no balcão a reserva e não ter estorno imediato ou pagar esse extra, quer dizer, para o cliente, só mesmo mais despesa. Não recomendo este resort para famílias com bebês. Existem muitas outras opções que oferecem um serviço muito mais justo e acolhedor, inclusive na mesma rede. Espero que reconsiderem essa política para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma frustração.

Resort Maravilhoso
O resort é maravilhoso, com uma excelente estrutura. São diversos restaurantes, desde buffet, a pizzaria e restaurante a la carte, além dos bares das piscinas e um bar mais perto da praia. A comida é muito boa e bastante variada. O quarto também é bastante espaçoso e muito confortável. O nosso quarto tinha até uma chopeira! As atrações musicais também são muito legais, tem uns 4 shows por dia, em vários ambientes diferentes (concha acústica, área da piscina, pub, bar da praia...). Enfim, vale muito a pena.

Pelo alto valor pago, esperávamos um quarto mais aconchegante, comida melhor (o único restaurante a la carte mantem o cardápio durante toda a semana), piscina com raia, quadra de tenis, quadra de beach tenis com rede de qualidade.
