Property located in Javea near the beach of Arenal (about 15 minutes on foot, 900 meters). Its hyper proximity to the city center, and beaches make real assets to make your holiday idyllic. Located in a cul de sac privacy and calm are completely guaranteed. Within 2 minutes you will find a large supermarket.
The house is divided into two heights, 380 m2 built and more than 250 m2 useful, all on 1000 m2 of land. Totally planted with Mediterranean plants, the setting will bring you everything you can expect from your vacation.
At the first level, there are 3 bedrooms (including an air-conditioned suite), 2 bathrooms, a lounge / lounge with two large sofas, table, TV ...), a fully equipped kitchen (equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) with dishes provided. On the terrace, a covered naya of more than 25m2 will wait for you to enjoy your days and evenings in complete relaxation.
On the ground floor, height of the swimming pool, is very large covered naya terrace with its rattan lounge to relax.
A technical room is also available where you can wash your clothes (machine available). You will also find a totally independent apartment overlooking the pool, consisting of a lounge / lounge with a large living room, TV, dining table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen (with fridge), a bathroom and a large bedroom.

Villa au charme traditionnel bien placée
Jolie Villa bénéficiant d'un bon environnement. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute avec un interlocuteur disponible sur place. De beaux éléments de déco mais la rénovation n'est pas encore complète.
