Dear Hannah, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Especially for your detailed feedback which is very helpful for us. We regret that we couldn't offer you a room at earlier since we needed a certain amount of time for preparing the rooms, especially the day after being fully-booked :( Please excuse our situation.
