Room was clean but on a bit smaller side. When we try to exit the rear parking lot with a car, the gate would not open. Parking attendants were no help. I had to go inside front desk to open the gate remotely. This happened every time for two nights I stayed. This was very annoying enough that I would look for another hotel with better parking arrangements.

Great hotel and amenities! I just wish it had a pool and a dinner option because their lunch menu is excellent. They could improve on breakfast and add some more variety. The location is great if you don’t want to be at the beach. Shopping and restaurants are very close, workable distance. Mr. Cho Bae was one of the most amazing, kind and hard working people we ever met! Also Mr. Michael C. was very sweet, welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends or family.

Our family of 4 had really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel where staff were very polite and friendly being very helpful. Their sauna and gym facilities were wonderful. I would recommend other family and friends to stay here for sure. Thank you so much for everything!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We preferred to be in the city rather than down south. But that meant no beaches or oceean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and actually had a 3rd bedroom which we did not use bc it did not have an attached bathroom. The master was very spacious and had a large bathroom. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, everyone in our group found something to eat. Plenty of parking if you rent car. They seemed to cater to Chinese tour groups but it didn’t bother us. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby including the only official Jeju gift shop and a night market.

Couple Stay at Jeju Sun Hotel
The hotel is located in a very good location with shops and restaurants close by. Everything was great till our last night there when the air conditioning became poor. During the entire summer night, the temperature in the room did not go below 29 degrees Celsius which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, I would have given a better rating.

The picture was a little deceiving as it looks like the building is stand alone. When you arrive it is in the middle of Jeju City and in the midst of multiple buildings and hotels. Convenient and very close to the airport.
