Favorite hotel room ever, with comfy bed, amazing shower and great style. Friendliest staff ever. Pet friendly - both dogs and cats. My wife and I both agreed that we could live there.

We had Giants tickets and were told there would be a shuttle, however, when we arrived no one seemed to know anything about it. The bar was not open our first night because someone called in sick. Really? Our room was not cleaned the first night and we were told it is only cleaned every other day. We had to request fresh towels, cups, etc.

The sound isolation in the room is not very good. Maybe because my room is a connecting room, I can hear the noise from the adjacent room. It is disturbing. Otherwise everything is fine.

Good Afternoon, I was NOT satisfied with the cleaning service and/or housekeeping! I checked in on 10/17 and was advised that someone would clean every other day. No one EVER came to clean! And when I contacted the front desk I was advised that someone was once we left. We came back and the room looked the SAME. NOT clean, beds not made. NOTHING! This is NOT acceptable ESPECIALLY for the price you pay for the hotel! We also ran out of tissue and towels on several occasions!!

Eco-Friendly if you are ok with nobody cleaning
4-day stay and nobody cleaned our room not even once. Had to call to get clean towels and while on call the phone cut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I had to walk downstairs and ask for my towels in person. 3/4 USB outlets didn’t work at all. Also, if your phone is USB-C make sure you bring appropriate cables since all they have is USB-A types. Floor was a bit sticky when we first got in. Thought it would get cleaned but nobody ever got around to cleaning our room. When I inquired as to why room hadn’t been cleaned they say I had a Do Not Disturb sign. I never had it but manager didn’t seem surprised. It felt like it was a common occurrence. Also, if you need charger for your car, plan on charging it somewhere else. Same 2 cars plugged in the entire 4-day span. They were not charging anymore but plugged in. I’ve been here several times in the past but I guess it’s time to go somewhere else.
