Nice hotel but they need more amenities. There’s also a lot of junkies in that area which isn’t safe. Also, the emergency alarm kept going off around 7:30am extremely loud for almost 30mins and an additional 5mins just to say it was a false alarm. Overall it was nice

The Good -Beautifully designed and decorated spaces. -Friendly and youthful front of house staff -Comfortable large rooms, good beds The Not So Good -The shower was difficult to control the temperature, either boiling hot or freezing cold. -The television must be strictly streaming, the live stations were constantly lagging, freezing and out of sync. -The breakfast is terribly overpriced and lacked quality.

My second time staying here, a very lovely hotel! It's easy to get into the city with the path being right there. It's also walkable to a bunch of Jersey City restaurants as well. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. A place to be in Jersey City!

Beautiful hotel. Staff pay attention to detail in all rooms. It’s very chic, and functional. The lighting details are amazing. No hotel has that. Hilton is simply the best, and canopy is my fave Hilton hotel. Got drink vouchers for birthday as well, that was a sweet surprise. Love everything about Hilton.
