The hotel is really hard to approach. It takes a long U turn to get to. Front desk is helpful, room service is bad. I can see the face eyelids from previous customers on the bed. The second day, I still see hair in bathtub even though they cleaned the room. The bed is so hard. The towels are so rough. Good things that they provided microwave in the room. Breakfast is poor with croissants, Cinnabons, toasts, old banana and apple. The door is noisy when opening and closing.

This property is old and dated. The upgrades are very poorly done and room not very clean. The room was freezing when we arrived. No pre-checkin care. The heat in the room regularly kicked into cooling making it very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The bed mattress was very hard and blankets sparse. This hotel is very inconvenient for public transportation. Took 3 hours from JfK airport. Definitely overpriced.

I called almost 2 months in advance to cancel my reservation. Expedia said call the hotel the hotel said call Expedia....my reservation was never cancelled and i git told from the front desk it wasnt their problem i would not recommend staying here

The best thing was the shuttle into New York for 10 dollars. Other than that it wasn’t a great experience. We reserved a king room. But did not have a king bed. We were moved and the bed was a little larger but still not a king. They are also doing renovations so it’s not the best right now.

Do not stay here! Buyer beware
This hotel is dirty, run down and just plain disgusting. The staff isn’t helpful and it’s under renovation. It may be nice after renovations but the ad for the hotel isn’t even close to what you will get. Completely disgusting for a Ramada hotel. If I could have cancelled and switched hotels I would have. Just awful in every way

This property is under construction. That being said, night stands were not on each side of the bed, the ac/heating unit blew direclty onto the bed with no way to move the air flow as well. Besides that, it was clean and quiet.

It’s in the middle of 2 bus stops which are 20 minutes both ways 1 is along way round to a park and ride the other is up a hill not many shops around to get groceries but a good stay it’s good location for a quick stay
