We enjoyed our stay here , our ONLY compliant was the parking , it was behind the building & it wasn’t a quick walk around or easy access to the garage , it was confusing & maybe it’s due to the construction hopefully it improves but it was a kinda a pain to walk to get the car ect everything else was 10/10 -

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is excellent, especially the freshly cooked omelettes, made to order. I was surprised to learn that, right outside the hotel, there is a bus stop for a route that goes directly into Manhattan. This was clearly communicated through a large sign in the lobby and was extremely helpful. This will probably be my go-to hotel for trips to NYC.

This hotel looks really nice from all the advertisements.But won't you see you get in there?The smell of the cleaning chemicals are way too strong hitting you in the lobbyThen the staff is nothing but rude.They tried to tell me that the people standing in the lobby were with me when they weren't and they wanted to charge me extra for their own when I said no, they weren't with me.They went ahead and charged my credit card.Almost four hundred dollars extra , even though I paid through expedia for my stay already. And the room was not good at all. The wallpaper is peeling. The bottom of the furniture head metal that was hanging off and could easily cut a chi'lled. There were lines going through the TV if you can stay somewhere else. There are plenty of better hotels right next door.

One of the only hotels with a pool in the area. Called prior to checking and staff reported pool was 85 degrees. My son and I arrived several hours later and the pool was 55 degrees. We immediately wanted to check out, but was assured by the staff the pool will be up to temp the next morning. It was not. Still 55 degrees. The only reason I booked hotel was to treat my son to a nice thing b/c his mother was away. Was very unhappy, I paid $130 to sleep in bed 30 minutes from my house with a unusable polar pool.
