Room had a faint smell of mildew coming from the AC unit. Fortunately it wasn't warm enough to need it so after turning it off, the smell went away after a few hours. Room was nice and clean otherwise. Staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Location pretty much requires you to either have a car or Uber since its location makes it very difficult to walk to the train station.

The entrance to this property is right on the exit to NJ Turnpike. It looks like 3 entrances but its 2. The 1st entrance you may miss because its in a curve. The 2nd one please aim for it. The 3rd entrance is not to a hotel but a warehouse with a gate. You cannot back up to the 2nd entrance because of on coming traffic for the NJ turnpike. The closest U-Turn if you miss the 1st or 2nd entrance "WILL ADD" 16 miles of extra driving for you as I found out.

Our room was not cleaned on Friday morning when we left. We returned back to the hotel with a messy bed, and no clean towels. That was the only disappointment. Other than that the stay was great as usual

There is a restaurant being constructed in the front of the building. The dining options are limited, and there’s no room service. The accessible shower in the room for persons with disabilities was very difficult to use and water got all over the bathroom floor. There’s the appearance of cleanliness, but only the minimal is done. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. But a deep cleaning in the bedroom area was sorely needed

This place has noisy air conditioning, properties appliance are old tv hard to work cause it so old. No black out curtains I was very upset about that. No restful nights in the place. Won’t be back. Only thing that was good was the pool and jacuzzi

Room was dated and dirty, stain in bathtub and floor was sticky, also signs of dirt/food under edge of bed on carpet, wasn’t very happy with quality of room with respect to price, very very disappointing will avoid this chain in the future

I just wish it were easier to access public transportation from this property. I don't always want to drive or take Ubers to explore places. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Was a fine hotel for one night stay. Great location right outside NYC and minutes away from American Dream. Rooms could use updating and ours was a little grimy (floors felt sticky) and fire alarm randomly went off a few times!

The hotel staff lies about their own policies that are published and written in all of their rooms. I asked the staff on the second day to get the room serviced at 8AM. The lady at the front desk said it will be done today and I thanked her. I got back to the hotel at 2PM it wasn’t cleaned so I phoned again and she said she doesn’t know when but it will be cleaned. Meanwhile she did ask me the first and the second time when I called her about my check in date and confirmed that it will be cleaned today as the policy states every other day rooms are cleaned. I thanked her and left again. I get back around 8 PM to see the room is still not cleaned, towels are not changed. I called the front desk. This time another lady answers asking me about my check in details. I provided that to her. She straight up lied to me saying we do cleaning 3 days and not every alternate day, I said based on that logic I am at the 3rd day and it is not cleaned. I have been lied to in the morning then. She said don’t speak to me and accuse me of anything when I just told her that the morning person told me something different. Then I read the policy to her which she ignored and yelled back at me saying don’t talk to me like this. We do cleaning every 3rd day and not alternate day. I was tired and clearly upset so I let it be. The hotel staff was of no help. If you need clean towels you need to go do it yourself.Front desk is of zero use. Hilton honours membership is of no use. Its a airbnb, not hilton
