Basically, A meat reservations came to check after traveling 2 1/2 hours to get to that hotel, I was greeted with attitude. They told me they give away my room to someone else I told him why would you do such a thing? they couldn’t give me a normal answer all they told me we don’t have a room for you. I showed them that I have a reservation and I paid for it. They told me they can’t help me and I should move alone and let other people come to the counter, I told him I don’t understand that. Are you telling me now it’s 12 AM that I have to go look for a new hotel. Why couldn’t you tell me this before I got to the hotel so I should even have a A chance to book a hotel online you can book a hotel after 12 AM so that means I’m going to have to sleep with my family outside on the street. She laughed at me and she says I’m sorry I can’t help you. I was very upset. I called Expedia. They couldn’t help me finally 4:30 AM after helping Expedia. Getting me basically, Expedia messed up and the Hilton hotel messed up big time very rude. That didn’t even give me a normal answer. My whole day got ruined. My whole vacation got ruined like they don’t even care and lost a lot of money because of them and my family wasn’t in pain, Sheimon Expedia shame on you Hilton hotel😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
