A good place for an overnight while travelling. My room was clean and functional. It was on the highway side, so I ran the fan and it was quiet enough. The breakfast was good, cereal, juice, coffee, sausage, pancakes, toast, scrambled eggs, bagels, peanut butter.

Stayed for a game at the MetLife. Rooms were very good and breakfast had lots of options. Shuttle to Secaucus junction was really useful and from there it’s 15 minutes to Penn station. The shuttle to the MetLife was really good. Dropped off at the Mall and from there it was a 5 minute walk. Coming back was not so good. I don’t blame the hotel. Traffic was so busy so ended up getting an Uber that was $60. Limited dining options around hotel but when you’re only 20 minutes from Manhattan this wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay again for either an event or to visit the sights.

We had forgotten our adapter when we made a room change, but when we asked about it, they claimed there was nothing, even though we mentioned exactly where we left it. They still didn’t return it to us. As for breakfast, the options are quite limited. One of the staff, lady, is always rude. Before 10 o'clock, she told us to sit at the bar counter because she needed to close, without any greeting or courtesy. It seems like she’s unhappy in her role. The only positive part of our experience has been the reception staff, who are honest and very helpful.

the place needs a bit of remodeling, the rooms, and air conditioners are noisy, the bathrooms a bit outdated, and the breakfast needs some healthy options nice to have coffee and shuttle to train

Everything was great except for the return shuttle from the concert people were cutting the long line and the wait was extremely long. We actually shared an Uber to get back which was quicker. We waited over an hour after the call and the shuttle accepted people jumping the line and grabbing the shuttle and left us waiting in line. The rooom the property and the restaurant were all awesome!

Rooms were exceptionally clean, hot water readily available, housekeeping staff is very attentive, and staff in general is very courteous and with a willingness to help. Breakfast was your average hotel, free breakfast, nothing to write home about. Shuttle service was also very good and fast, connecting you to nearby attractions, such as American Dream Mall. The bar and its service are particularly good, especially if you wanna have a couple drinks and still hear yourself think. That said, the property looks like it’s stuck in 1981. Could use some renovation and updates, and some of the areas outside rooms (example the elevators) are in dire need of a good spit shine. Would I stay here again? Yes, I am more than likely would.

While the property/ building is older and a bit on the rundown side, it was one if the best places we've stayed and would again if ever in NJ/NYC. It was close to Manhatten cruise terminal (which is why we were there), but also had a lot of other things close by. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to anywhere in Secaucus, NJ which was really nice! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Very personable. The elevators were a bit sketchy and TVs in rooms were really tiny, but that's the worst.
