The establishment was clean, but I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. When I went to purchase a pizza, I felt I was treated unfairly and stereotyped as a delivery driver because of my race. This was disheartening and not the level of respect I expected

The staff and property and amenities I have no complaints. There were some things that bothered me. There was dark black long hair on a couple of places in the bathroom, I am blond and my husband short blond, so it wasn’t ours. The cleaning was never done on our first day, so I had to bring all my towels down at 9pm after a long day and get fresh towels. I had the sign on the door to have room serviced, so that was a big inconvenience. The next day they did clean my room but really, 2 towels…I kept asking for 3. I’m a girl and need one for my hair, so back down I had to go and get towels. The sink in our room was constantly filling up and not draining, which was annoying, when you brush your teeth, and wash your face, no one likes the splash of dirty water. Other than that, room was spacious, bed comfortable, but NO LIFHTING! The room was so dark, the lamps were a frosted orange yellow glass, we had to use our cell flashlights to see plugs, read, etc. the bus across the street super convenient for getting to NYC. Would definitely stay there again….as I’m sure all the little things were probably just my bad luck.

Good Deal
Overall a very nice place to stay. Room floors are a bit dirty but at least they are not carpeted. Breakfast was generous and coffee anytime! Free parking. Easy bus to NYC.
