Stayed here again after a game at MetLife Stadium. We arrived late in the evening due to attending a night game. The kitchen cabinets and the side floor near the fridge were filthy. I needed to cut the tag off of a piece of clothing. So I opened the drawer where the knives were and saw roaches. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. I notified the staff at the front desk. He said there was nothing he could do because I booked through a 3rd party. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed.

In general, this was a nice property. The location for the American Dream Mall was excellent. The staff were great. The rooms were a little old but very clean and spacious. The breakfast was just ok. No potatoes, limited condiments and the same selection both days. If they just spent a bit more effort on breakfast it would be a great place to stay.

We were seeing a show and wanted early check in to change our clothes from church and freshen up. Along with our suit cases in The Room. We were just asking For a 3:30pm check in. Ridiculous! We ended up in our Room at 8:30pm. The lady at the desk wasn’t so pleasant.

The location was convenient to the American Dream Mall. Room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. Breakfeast was ok. They were out of hot chocolate so we tryed making our own with chocolate chips with water did not turn out very well. Overall great experience. Definitely recommended.

Prefect location for visiting American Dream Mall.
