Very conveniently located , with a great view of the Manhattan skyline. The Lincoln harbour ferry makes it very easy to reach the city in no time. The Italian restaurant was great for some authentic Italian food. The wait time for a table for breakfast needs to be improved

I am not satisfied with the value of what I got compared to the price paid. Asset: ideal location for visiting Manhattan. Points to improve: the room was old, the light was so dim that we couldn't see anything in the room in the evening, wifi is chargeable (who still does that today?).

Very nice room with a mini refrigerator and it was stocked with towels and supplies, etc. The room also had a nice NYC view and was convenient place to stay. Loved the free parking and breakfast vouchers that came with our room this time. We love this hotel and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Our go to hotel for NYC and the surrounding area.

Older property, hot water takes a while, AC is loud, some outlets don’t function. On the other hand it’s clean, updated decor, wonderful stuff. Best breakfast from on site restaurant, easy parking and beautiful views. Ferry to Midtown is steps a way and takes about 10-15 minutes.

This hotel was very clean, the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get out of them. We had a perfect view of the city from our room. The biggest disappointment was the closure of the pool due to a meeting and I was traveling with my kids. They promptly responded to my complaint and I feel very satisfied with their response. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location. Nice restaurant inside of hotel. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Spacious room. Easy access to ferry. The only complaint was no hot water in bathroom.
