This apartment is perfect for suiting groups, families, and individuals whether business, pleasure, or celebrations we can accommodate most of your needs.
They are requested for weekends, only guests with Shabbat care or according to the type of building that is religious.
The building has three elevators so one is always available to operate for Shabbat and Chaggim.
The apartment has a centralized air conditioning system throughout with controls in each individual room.
The building is gated and has a 24-7 camera surveillance system for peace of mind for our guests as well as, we are available to answer any questions or queries should you need us.

The space:
This a 4 bedroom modern and elegant apartment that boasts exceptional accommodation, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay in Jerusalem our homeland Capital.
This is a perfect apartment to suit couples, groups, or small families.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed or Double bed, comfortable for a couple, with nightstands and reading lights on each side of the bed, a full mirrored closet, and a bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2,3 has a double bed, comfortable for a couple or children.
Bedroom 4 has 3/4 comfortable beds

Kosher Sukkah if needed!
Open plan space - A sofa bed that suits 4 adults, open kitchen/living space, dining table for 12+ comfortably decorated, a Balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the views and relax with a cup of coffee.
Fully modern family tiled shower room with glass-enclosed shower with a bath and WC, basin, and vanity unit. Another WC separated the hall between the bedrooms.
Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath Gel, Body Lotion, Hand Soap, and an amenity kit are provided at check-in.
High-speed WIFI internet
Fully equipped kitchen with double sink, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, Plata Shabbat, kettle for Shabbat.
Kosher cutlery and plastic plates and cutlery set are available upon request.
In addition to the kitchen appliances we also provide extras such as coffee, tea, oil, cleaning products, etc on check-in.
The apartment comes with fresh towels and bedsheets for the number of guests booked.
Guest access
The Apartment allows for self-check with a smart lock and all access codes including WIFI that will be sent to our guests 24 hours prior to check-in.

(The kitchen is set for international guests' use, however, a Shabbat hot plate and a hot-water urn are provided).

▪ Sabbath and Public Holidays:
In Israel, most stores, restaurants, public transportation, and offices are closed on the Jewish Sabbath /Shabbat/ and the Jewish Holidays.
〉 When booking a vacation rental property, guests confirm and acknowledge that they know that the host and any co-hosts are offline and unavailable during the Jewish Sabbath and Jewish Holidays.
The Sabbath begins on Friday late afternoon and ends on Saturday night (at varying times). Hosts and co-hosts are available until 14:00 on Fridays and holiday eves.
Instant-Booking reservations starting on the Jewish Sabbath or Jewish Holidays will be considered non-binding. The host retains the right to cancel these reservations.
For reservations during the Israeli high seasons*, potential guests should avoid using the online Instant-Booking Option. To be informed about high-season terms and pricing, please contact us.
