I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, there were several disappointing aspects of my experience. The restroom in my room had noticeable mold, which was concerning. Additionally, the daily room service was hit-or-miss, with minimal effort put into cleaning and restocking essentials. Even when replaced, the towels didn’t smell clean, which was quite off-putting. The evening events were underwhelming, with almost no participation, and the atmosphere felt lackluster. On multiple occasions, I had to actively seek out the bartender on the rooftop, as they were often nowhere to be found, making it difficult to order drinks. The staff’s friendliness was the saving grace of my stay, but unfortunately, the other issues overshadowed what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

Poor Check in Experience
Had to wait until 2pm for the room key after checking in at 1.15 pm. Not a problem as check in was from 2pm, then had to wait a further 20 minutes to be told my room was not available until 8pm. This was unacceptable and then they offered different rooms that was essentially a downgrade!!!. I waited patiently for the staff to come up with an alternative. Then shown another room that was again a downgrade and no windows,like a prison cell!! Insisted on seeing a manager and eventually after much discussion they offered me a suite for duration of my stay. Result!!! But they admitted they had extended the check out for the previous guests at my expense. They knew this at1.15 and failed to advise me then. All's well that ends well but the lack of ownership for failure was shocking

Loud and Annoying. Stayed on the second floor facing the reception. Light comes in from the reception so you are never in the dark. Didn’t have one good nights sleep. Room service did not answer once in three days. The restaurant can not make a cappuccino.
