Pretty good!
Really good view, comfortable bed, great wifi, good AC control. Only thing I'd say is, they could use colder refrigerators. Even at max, they weren't getting cold enough.

Staff in the check in counter were extremely rude when checking in. Had to go to check in counter again on another day and they were still not friendly and not helpful. On the contrary the staff in the dining area was friendly. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.

For the price, the hotel itself is okay. Rooms are comfortable and the laundry facility is convenient. The breakfast is really good. They should not advertise non- smoking rooms if they do not have it as the rooms can be very unpleasant for a non smoker.

The place is relatively close to Futian market, beautiful river view, the only problem is people smoke on the hallways and that was irritating to us. Other than that service was excellent!!! The staff went above and beyond! Mark was excellent and the other staff were great!!

Good location and opposite a great park by the river for morning exercise. 15 mins walk from Yiwu market or there is a shuttle bus. Room was very good and staff helpful. Only issue was the intermittent Wi-Fi (iMportant as I was traveling on business)

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I was treated very nicely by the hotel staff. Alice was manager on duty who had ensured that all my small requests were met and exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view outside is magnificient and also not far from the Market area. There is a nice mall that you can literally walk from the hotel.

The location is close to the commodity centre. Initially, I did not feel safe in the area but eventually the location grew on me. For the price, the room is lovely with great modern features such as motion sensor and automatic blinds. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel gives lovely extras such as fruits in the hall areas, aromatic teas brewing all day and fresh fruit in the hall. I would recommend this hotel.

Cheap, good enough for the price payed
The hotel and service were ok for the price payed. Although, the shower box was leaking out and the breakfast had only chinese food, no eggs or toasts whatsoever.
